FAQ
What counts?
Digital wedding cards ordered through your link or code: the card price, any add-ons chosen, and upgrades bought later for the same card. Your link is remembered on the couple's device for 60 days, and they can also type your code at checkout. Printed cards and other services are not included.
When am I paid?
Each commission is held for 14 days after the couple pays (in case of a refund). After that it is sent automatically via Stripe to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank. You need to finish Stripe payout setup (a Malaysian bank account) first.
What about refunds?
If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is cancelled (or reversed if already transferred), in proportion to the amount refunded.
Can I use my own code?
No. Your code is for your clients. Orders for yourself or close family don't qualify, and misuse can lead to suspension.
